NASYAM

A powerful relaxation therapy for the head and mind. During Thakradhara, a stream of medicine-rich buttermilk is gently poured on a person’s forehead. SHIROVASTHI
In Shirovasthi, medicated oil is poured over a leather cap kept on the head. Very effective for headache, hair falling, burning sensation and treatments of other diseases of ear nose and throat.
